Responsibilities Handled

Clinical Management

  • Independently set-up the audiology department of the newly established Apollo hospital while in its nascent stage.

Clinical Experience (Speech & Hearing)

  • Competently handle day-to-day case handling including diagnostics & patient PTA, Free Field Testing, Impedence Audiometry and ABR testing both in children and adults.

  • Establish Widex India Pvt Ltd.in Delhi from ETC corporation – that was only Chandigarh based Company to company with a difference amongst existing professionals in the field.

  • Contributed towards the growth of revenue from 17 Million Circa in FY 01 to 154 Million Circa in FY 08 at Cochlear.

  • In 2008, established my own state of art centre –“SpHear Speech & Hearing Clinic” at New Delhi . It is one of the leading Cochlear Implant Clinics with more than 1500 Cochlear Implant recipients being beneficiary of them. The SPHEAR SPEECH AND HEARING CLINICs private Ltd., New Delhi, is a specialised centre for hearing testing, habilitation and speech therapy for children and adults with deafness, fitting of hearing aids and cochlear implants & other auditory implants including ABI. The Clinic has pioneered in many Speech & Hearing Aspects under my guidance. It has now FOUR branches. There are more than 25 Speech & Hearing professionals who have been trained under my supervision & are contributing in this field. The Clinic has several hospital attachments that supports new born hearing screenings & also audiology and speech therapy support to those hospitals. SpHear Speech & Hearing Clinics Pvt.Ltd. works in collaboration with Adventis ENT & Cochlear Implant Center as a surgical & medical unit to support Cochlear Implant program. The Cochlear Implant& ABI program is one of the leading programs in the country

  • I am one of the two co-founders of a foundation “I Can Hear Foundation” in the year 2015. Was the key personnel to initiate project “Ghanti” under which we help children & adults from poor socio economic conditions with speech & hearing disabilities. There are more than 200 families, who have received benefit under project ‘Ghanti”.
